\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nWe have had some instances of algae floating to the surface, and we had a fairly major clean-up performed for the community towards the end of summer which made a nice improvement.<\/p>\n
We have been installing muck blocks monthly since April which appears to be having good results. There is a difference in the muck thickness as well as the odor. It used to be a pretty foul odor when I stirred up the bottom of our area, but it is not very noticeable at this time.<\/p>\n
We will stop muck block installation in November as the water is starting to cool off and the treatment is not very effective in cold water.<\/p>\n
We want to thank everyone who participated in purchasing muck blocks this past year. I would like to do this again next year and will follow up with more details.\u201d<\/p>\n
